Westfort grew out of two family businesses with a long tradition in the pork industry: Egbert Kruiswijk Vleesproducten B.V. and Lunenburg Vlees B.V. In 2013, the companies decided to pool their resources, so they could enhance their position as pioneers in innovative concept development, and further strengthen the move towards sustainability in the Dutch meat industry.
The job
As inpack employee you will work at the end point of the production line, you are responsible to take care of labeling and sorting of the products and put them in the EPT box. This job is not a heavy job it is girly and ladies can do this without trouble.
Salary and benefits
- An initial salary of € 13,68 gross per hour (from 21 years and older);
- An average allowance percentage of 14%.
- Additional vacation payment of 8,33%.
- Automatic yearly increase of salary according to the collective labor agreement in the Netherlands;
- 25 vacation days, based on a fulltime job.
