As an In-house Specialist, you will be the main point of contact at our client site in Leerdam. You’ll be in charge of your own on-site location, handling everything from staffing and recruitment to support and client communication. Thanks to your efforts, operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the face of our service on-site.
What we expect from you?
MBO+/HBO level of thinking and working
Experience in the staffing industry is required
Fluency in Dutch is a plus
You are entrepreneurial, stress-resistant, and strong in organization
You enjoy taking responsibility and think commercially
You feel at home in a production or logistics environment
The job
Daily communication with the client regarding staffing needs and planning
Managing and supporting temporary staff on the shop floor
Identifying issues and actively contributing to solutions
Processing personnel changes and performing administrative tasks on-site
Ensuring quality and continuity at your location
Salary and benefits
Full responsibility for your own in-house location
Salary between €2,500 and €3,400 based on 40 hours (depending on experience)
