We have equal pay in the Netherlands, which means that we pay you the exact salary according to the CLA (Collective Labour Agreement). This includes an hourly wage, shift allowance, travel expenses and fixed yearly bonusses (if applicable).
You will get a contract which comes with an income guarantee. This means that if we don’t have enough work for you, you will still get paid according to your contract. This gives you more security.
Starting from day one, you will get a fixed long-term contract. This means that you have guaranteed work and income.
We have houses for our employees. All according to the Dutch law and standards (SNF). Most of the times, you will share a room with a colleague. We will help you with finding your own house once you are settled.
If you live within ten kilometers from your job, we will provide you with a bike. If your job is further away, we will provide suitable transportation. In addition, and we can provide interest-free loans for purchasing a car.
Once you start working, you will receive information to download an app which shows our planning tool. On the app you can check your roster, pay slips, contracts and your personal information.
We believe that finding your own accommodation is the best option for our employees. Therefore we will help you with finding your own housing. To help our employees, we can also provide an interest-free loan of 1250 euro for the deposit of the accommodation. If you keep working at our company for six months, you will get a bonus of 250 euros.
Your Flex coordinator will be at the factory either full-time or part-time. The manager can help you with work related issues and any other problem that might occur. We also assist and inspire our clients to provide programs in order to develop your skills so that you can get a promotion, which ultimately leads to a higher salary.
