A-Ware is an innovative factory specialized in aging, slicing and packaging cheese based in Almere. A-ware, provides different types of cheese for supermarkets in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Royal A-ware is a family-run business with 130 years of experience in food.

 

With over 3,000 colleagues, the company makes the best fresh dairy, cream, tapas, milk powder and all kinds of cheese. Cheese which they customise in pieces, slices, cubes, powder or grate for their customers in the Netherlands and the rest of the world.

 

Royal A-ware was created in 2010 from the merger between the family-run businesses Bouter Kaas and Anker Kaas. The history of Anker Kaas goes back to 1962 and that of Bouter Kaas to as far back as 1898, when Peter Bouter started his own grain and cheese business.
